Termites are fond of cellulose which they obtain from wood; they need a continuous supply of moisture from the product of their own metabolism and part from soil. They can dissolve wooden fixture, lime, mortar and cement.

These are found all over the world and are known as pests of man and his pets. They are found in warm houses and especially near or inside beds and bedding or other sleep areas. Bed bugs are mainly active at night.

There are two types of termites:

• Ground nesting termites –Subterranean
• Wood nesting termites- Non subterranean
  
  

Subterranean termites:- They are the most dangerous destructive and are mainly responsible for the damage caused to the building.

They enter into the building from ground level under the foundation waking their ways upwards. Through floors destroying and eating the material termites travel inside wood on in mud tubes.

AT POST CONSTRUCTION LEVEL

Termite treatment in the existing building to removing the existing infestation further infestation.

• Creating barrier through drilling & injecting chemical to stop termite.
• Spraying of pesticides in the entire structure including wood
• • Spraying at regular pre determined internal during the year
  
  

AT PRE CONSTRUCTION LEVEL

Treatment at this level as a chemical barrier at the foundation point within the plinth area and along outer peripheries.

Soil adjust to the foundation level at the fooling should be treated with the anti termite treatment chemical.
